Our Sterling Silver Polished Heart and Birthstone Pendant Necklace makes a great gift idea for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or any day you want to show her how much she means to you. Round faceted Austrian crystal birthstones are bezel set on the side of an open heart. Heart is Sterling Silver with a high polished finish. Choose up to 5 birthstones. Pendant is suspended on a 20" rope chain and measures 7/8" tall and 15/16" wide.
