Our Sterling Silver Polished Birthstone Rectangle Pendant Necklace is personalized with up to 7 faceted Austrian crystal birthstones. Contemporary design features little open hearts on the sides. Pendant is suspended from a 20" rope chain and is 1/4" wide and 1 1/4" tall.

The jeweler does not allow us to request specific placement of names or stones on the necklace. The placement is up to the jeweler.
