Gorgeous Sterling Silver heart pendant features milligrain detailing and is set with 3 genuine Diamonds and Austrian crystal. Personalized with Mom's birthstone and up to 7 of her loved ones. Pendant is suspended from an 20" rope chain. Pendant is 7/8" tall and 1" wide.
